Dear Parents and Students:

We are proud to announce a new tool for parents and students to be able to monitor grades, conduct, classroom assignments and homework.

• View the latest grade in each class throughout the school year at any time.

• View classroom and homework assignments given and the grades received.

• View homework assignments and the due date.

Below, we have outlined two methods to easily access this information.

#1. Via the Internet

Step 1.   Go to www.josemartimiddle.net and click on the Electronic Gradebook link.

Step 2. For the “User name” - type the student ID number.

Step 3. For the “Password”- type birth month / birth year and “pw”
(Example:  For October 11, 1994 use the following: 10/1994/pw)

#2 Via Telephone

Step 1. Dial: 305-995-1234

Step 2. When prompted, enter the student ID # and the PIN number that was assigned to each student.
