Attendance Boundary Change
We want to inform you of
changes that have been proposed for this school’s attendance
boundaries for the 2008 – 2009 school year due to the opening
of a new school. The new schools are being built to give
specific relief to nearby schools in order to meet the Florida State
mandate of the Class Size Reduction.
State School MM-1
State School JJJ
The new school, State School,
MM-1, is located at 11690 NW 92 Avenue.
The proposed boundaries for the new school and the affected areas are
indicated on the attached map. The students who may be moved
from this school to the new school live within the area(s) identified
on the map. State School MM-1 will house 6-7th grade students
in the 2008 – 2009 school year, and 8th grade students will
be added in 2009-2010.
To ensure that you, as parents, have all the information you need
concerning these proposed recommendations, and to allow you to ask any
questions you may have about these proposed changes, we have scheduled
a special meeting to discuss this matter with you. This
meeting will take place as follows:

is located at 9210 NW 117th Road. The proposed boundaries for the new
school and the affected areas are indicated on the attached
map. The students who may be moved from this school to the
new school live within the area(s) identified on the map.
State School JJJ will house 9-10th grade students in the 2008
– 2009 school year, 11th grade students will be added in
2009-2010, and 12th grade students will be added in 2010-2011.
