It is the goal of the Social Studies Department to educate the students in the areas of geography, civics, history, government, and sociology. We want our students to understand the world in which they live. We would also like for them to understand how our government functions as well as what our "founding fathers" wanted this country to become. Our Social Studies Department strives to produce quality students who will become well respected citizens in their communities.
